Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, sleeve and other minor adjustments. For any customization request, we request you to contact us at +91-9302384486 or email us at customercare@ribelle.in.
DOES THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT CHANGE FOR A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?
Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our Site. However, in case a customization is required such as color, sleeve adjustments, etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. In case the product was bought on sale, an additional charge for customization/alteration is applicable.
CAN I REQUEST FOR A CHANGE IN COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?
Yes, we can change the color of the product. However, we note that some of our products might look great in certain color shades only. Therefore, we provide you with a palette of color options. HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size or you can get in touch with us via appointment on video call and be prepared with a measurement tape and notepad and our experts will guide you. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.
WHAT IF MY SIZE DOES NOT MATCH WITH THE SIZE CHART?
Our products are especially designed for you. We would love to design our products based on your requirements. You can send us your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?
Payments can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers and cash payments. Please contact our team at +91-9302384486 or email us at customercare@ribelle.in in case you wish to make payments through netbanking or cash.
WHAT IF I WANT ANY CHANGES/CANCELLATION OF AN EXISTING ORDER?
You may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order, in that case, a processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the paid amount and the remaining shall be refunded to the same source of payment. In case you opt for the credit note refund option, the full amount will be transferred to your Ribelle wallet and you may use it in 18 months from the date of wallet being credited
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We try to make all our products available to your doorstep. We can have the orders shipped to your doorstep or at your convenience.
WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?
Each and every product is specially curated for you, being hand embroidered and sewn, and is made to measure. Usually the time frame will be anytime between 30 days, depending on the order and customizations if any. HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ALTERED?
We generally keep a 4" (4 inch) margin for all our custom made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us. For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE FOR ALTERATIONS?
We try to make the orders as per the standard size chosen by you or the measurements provided to us. However, if any alterations are required, we generally need about a week or two, however this varies from each and every product. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us. HOW DO WE SEND THE ORDER FOR ALTERATIONS?
If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order at our office. Kindly drop us an email for alteration. Please note, that we do not pick-up any alterations and the cost for delivering the product to us is to be taken care by you.
