Return and Exchange policy
Our Policy
All sales at Ribelle are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product once sold.
We accept exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- You would like a size exchange (bigger or smaller size)
Conditions for Exchange
Items must meet all of the following to be eligible:
- Request made within 24 hours of delivery
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and labels intact
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request an Exchange
Step 1: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Step 2: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@ribelle.in or WhatsApp us on +91-93023 84486 with your order number and proof of purchase.
Step 3: For damaged, defective, or wrong items — share photo evidence along with your request.
Step 4: If your exchange is approved, we will guide you on sending the item back to us.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.
Please note: Size exchange is offered once per order only.
Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
- The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- The item is a special/custom order (size customisation, length alteration, or any other modification)
- You dislike the colour or material — we recommend reading the full product description and viewing all images before purchasing. Please note colour may vary 10–12% depending on screen resolution and lighting
- The item was purchased during a sale or with a discount code, coupon, or gift voucher
- The item is an accessory
Size Exchange — International Orders
International customers are eligible for size exchange. Additional courier charges will apply as per actuals.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer. We do not offer reverse pickup. We recommend using a trackable courier service as Ribelle will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.
