Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer

For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 


For International customers:

Most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

PAYMENTS

All payments made against the purchases/services by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Ribelle. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done so as to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.
Ribelle may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Ribelle which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your order within 30 days of order placement, however the delivery time may vary in case of any bank holidays or lockdown in the region during that time period. Ribelle endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Ribelle fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Ribelle may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

refund policy

We have a strict no return and no refund policy. Exchange is accepted only incase of receipt of damaged or defective goods. The same needs to be informed to us within 24 hours of receipt of courier.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Western Pret : All domestic and International orders will take about 8 to 10 days for dispatch from the date of order.

    Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only to give you a fair idea of when we may come knocking at your door! And these do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 8 to 10 days, however estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, only responsible for making you look gorgeous and feeling fabulous! Please do note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and that all orders require a signature upon receipt.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

    • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
    • We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

    • There are some items that are Made to Order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders can avail size exchange with an additional courier charge as per actual. CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

What is the Exchange policy on Ribelle ?

As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the

Ribelle pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Brand doesn’t offer pick up service, clients will have to send it back to the customer address.

We do issue a credit note for our customers, only when desired size of the product is not in stock.

If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may WhatsApp on our customer care number at  +91-9302384486' or write to us at ‘info@ribelle.in' strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request exchange for exchange.

Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Ribelle will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

We do only size exchange once for all orders, items once sold are not taken back.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that is not received

by Ribelle will be treated as not returned.

  • Purchase made During SALE are Not eligible for any kind of Return or exchange.

  • Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size.

Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 1 year from the date of receipt of store credit.

The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of order. Please WhatsApp us on +91-9302384486 or write to us at info@ribelle.in to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 48 hrs of an order being placed. Please reach out to us at

In prepaid orders, a credit note will be provided.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ribelle and accept

Ribelle’s decision regarding the cancellation.

How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?

The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use on the Ribelle website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

Can I exchange a part of my order?

Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get credit note to buy something else.

Why my exchange is not accepted?

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
  • No exchange or return for Accessories.
